Handheld scanners are common in the office. Rather than change US paper currency, every vision impaired person could be given a small scanner. With a few alterations, scanners could announce outloud the money’s denomination. Cell phones could be equipped with a scanning accessory.

Stop food riots.

Speculating in grain markets is causing alot of trouble for people that need to eat grain.  So if we need to retain the capitalist possibility to profit, perhaps we should compensate by eating grass instead of corn and meat.
